Main areas of involvement in the low carbon transport agenda
INEOS Bio has developed a novel technology to convert a broad range of carbon materials, including household and commercial biogenic waste, efficiently into low carbon bioethanol for use as a renewable road trasport fuel. INEOS Bio is currently commercialising the technology in the USA and now plans to deploy this technology in the UK to allow waste generated locally to be converted into biofuel for local use. The bioethanol would have exceptional carbon and sustainability performace.
