LowCVP Technology Challenge 2012: Urban Mobility - call for entries announced More news

The Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership is now inviting entries of innovative products and technologies which can cut carbon in towns and cities. Innovations could be in the areas of personal or public transport, systems and supporting infrastructure. Winning entrants to the LowCVP Technology Challenge 2012 will get the chance to pitch their ideas to a panel of potential major customers, investors and influencers.

The 2012 LowCVP Technology Challenge will cover: 

  • Private mobility solutions, including micro cars and 2/3 wheel vehicles;
  • Public mobility solutions, including light rail and rapid transit systems;
  •  Infrastructure solutions for operating personal/public mobility services.

The Challenge is now open to any UK-located organisation with a viable product, technology or system, able to deliver CO2 savings, with a compelling business case.
